This page explains what personal information CoDim collects on this website, why, and the rights you have over it. We've tried to keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, email hello@codimensional.com.

Who we are

"CoDim" refers to CoDimensional PBC, a company based in the United States. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@codimensional.com.

What we collect

When you submit the email signup form in the site footer, we collect:

That's it. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site. We do not collect device identifiers, IP-based location, or browsing history. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the only category of personal information we collect is identifiers (email address). We do not collect sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

CoDim is pre-launch. We collect emails to send occasional product updates, understand who is interested in what we're building, and reach out for conversations if a visitor looks like a fit.

For visitors in the EU, UK, or other GDPR jurisdictions, our legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your rights" below); withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your information to train AI models.

Who processes it on our behalf

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, a US-based form service acting as our data processor, and forwarded to hello@codimensional.com. Formspree stores submissions on its infrastructure under its own privacy policy. We do not disclose your information to anyone else except where required by law.

International transfers

CoDim and Formspree are based in the United States. If you submit the form from the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with data-transfer rules, your email is transferred to and stored in the US. Where required, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as the transfer mechanism, as described in Formspree's policy.

How long we keep it

We keep submitted emails indefinitely, for as long as they are useful to us for the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete them. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@codimensional.com, and we will remove your record from Formspree and our own records within a reasonable time.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. We may use browser local storage for strictly necessary UI state, never for tracking. No advertising pixels, no cross-site identifiers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@codimensional.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where the law allows.

If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA and you believe we have mishandled your personal information, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the "last updated" date above. Please check back if you want to see the current version.
